ipeace closes
iPeace the beloved website I have been on is closing at the end of June.
I tried, as did others, to convince the owner creator David Califa to keep it open, sell it to someone who wanted it....but he will not, and will just close it.
We are about 22,000 international people, and the experience on this site has enriched the lives of others.
I had a very exciting experience of creating the group 15,000 Stories....where international writers wrote their stories, enjoyed by many. Two years of new friends, two years of story telling and posting art and photos. It is a very sad time to have to say goodby. B U T
a new site has opened where we are all trying desperately to meet. Not an easy thing to do!!! There was no real way to find this group, it is just by word of mouth and whoever had some emails, we try to find people in this way.
The new site is http://ipeace2.ning.com
Whoever would like to join us, please link onto it and sign up.
It was a great experience, and we are hoping this site will be so too.

What's the weather like now in Perugia?
Cold one day, sunny the next. Cold in the house. But we still need our coats or lightweight ones or padded jackets outside. Chilly, and not sunny. I like it like this, no problem for me.

There is a problem here....asking for donations now is not something that is appreciated. It is difficult that iPeace will reopen, so what are these donations for and who will they go to?
