Streets in the center of Perugia

When you walk around Perugia, these are the kind of streets you see at a certain hour.
Light filters in, things sort of "pop up" into the light, and other things are filled with heavy shadows.
It seems a lot of these archways and streets were created to have this playful and interesting interaction between light and dark. And of course, to the eye, it is very pleasing indeed.
