Vado lontano - I'm going far away

Proprio ora che sembra che a Perugia ci siano tante belle iniziative, vado via. Ma forse la vita è così, ti sembra che sempre ti manchi qualcosa, che vai via proprio al momento che c'è qualche cosa di fantastico! Dove vado sarò davvero diversa, si vedrà che sono di un'altra nazione, e non capirò che dice la gente intorno a me, anche se ci provo. Mi sorrideranno perche sono una straniera nel loro paese o non mi vedranno perche sono in tanti, tantissimi con altre problemi altri pensieri. Ma io li studierò, perchè il vedere è il senso che amo di più, più che sentire la musica (che adoro) più che cantare o parlare. Studierò come si muovono e come si vestono, avrò il piacere di vedere mille, due mille, tre mille cose diverse, proprio come piace a me la vita.

Right now when it seems that at Perugia there are lots of interesting events, I am leaving to go away. Maybe life is like that that you seem that you are always missing something, that you go away right at the time there is something fantastic! Where I am going I will really be different, it will be obvious that I am from another country, and I won't understand what people around me are saying even if I try. They will smile at me because I am a foreigner in their country or they won't even see me because they will be many, so many of them with other problems and thoughts. But I will study them because to see is the sense that I love the most, more than hearing music which I adore, or singing or speaking. I will study them, how they move and how they dress, and I will have the pleasure of seeing a thousand, two thousand or three thousand different things, exactly as I like my life to be.
