LITTLE PAINTINGS

The other evening I came up with these little watercolours and this afternoon had fun photographing them with similar colors creating a sort of still-life photographic collage. I didn't plan them beforehand but changed them as I went: the lady needed something unusual, and thus the geometric shapes. And the woman and daughter and fish were just a bit too relaxed and so I created the mean-looking fish to liven up the atmosphere.

The dishes and tiles are from all over - Italy, China, Japan and the fruit is what we find in season now in Italy.

ITALIAN
L'altra sera ho fatto questi acquarelli senza aver fatto bozzetti prima.

Love this idea of pairing the art with objects!

WHO AM I??

WHO AM I??
The best way to know who I am is to see what I create. Take a look at this blog or my other one regarding my art.

LOVE the double or triple image maker on my Nikon D80. Just set it, and then take two or three pics.

What's the weather like now in Perugia?

Cold one day, sunny the next. Cold in the house. But we still need our coats or lightweight ones or padded jackets outside. Chilly, and not sunny. I like it like this, no problem for me.
